Cabrillo 3 format only is supported.
Log submission is only available from contest start to log submission deadline.
Logs will be rejected:
1. outside of log submission dates
2. incorrect contest name
3. missing header information
4. invalid QSO lines
5. if the user has changed cabrillo header options that are not part of an option.
Any errors indicate a problem with the log and it is up to the user to rectify and resubmit.
Users are encouraged to have name, address, postcode and email lines filled out.
1. Email is required for robot response and certificate mail out.
Log upload conformation is available if the Cabrillo 3 contains the email line, EMAIL: email@..., but will see confirmation on screen regardless.

3. QRP Hours - April and October
4. Harry Angel - first Saturday in May
5. CQ Pride - 1st weekend in June
6. VK Shires - 2nd weekend in June
7. Trans Tasman Low Band - held on the Saturday night of the third weekend of July
8. Remembrance day - Weekend closest to 15th August
Cabrillo contest names are required in the cabrillo header.

Notes:

In conjunction with DotEukali and Alan Shannon Computers & Cabling, we have developed a website to ease the load for contest managers. Catering for some VK contests, we now have automated log uploads, automated cross checking for contacts, duplicates and busted calls. Logs are scored and ranked into categories.

Admin can create future contests denoting starting contest time and finish as well as log upload start and end dates. Once these dates come around, the relevant options become available, like log upload and a modal displaying the calls uploaded. Once the log deadline is reached the log upload button disappears.

Cabrillo Version 3 is the log requirement and users wanting a robot reply will need to have their email address in the log. The user will also have screen confirmation of a successful upload.

Operators should NOT change the header as created by the logger. If something is incorrect, reload the log with the correct parameters and recreate the cabrillo log.

The correct Cabrillo name must be in the log if using a direct upload from a logger like VKCL.

VK4M	SINGLE-OP MIXED QRP	Slowest I've seen the contest in a while. Conditions seemed good although seemed to be spasmotic according to the RBN. 0-4db into VK3, VK2, ZL. Thanks to the few who shared numbers.
VK2EZF	SINGLE-OP MIXED QRP	Thank you to the organisers of this contest. This was my first QRP hours contest. Running 5W from a Yaesu FT817ND to the home station 22m wire doublet up 7m. Band was very quiet with very little noise, which usually means no propagation either. I heard just 5 stations and managed to work 4. Let's see how 40m goes later in the year.
VK3V	SINGLE-OP SSB QRP	I set up portable at the Kirth Kiln Regional Park. Lovely moon-lit night, weather not too cold, just not many operators heard in the contest.
VK4DRK	SINGLE-OP SSB QRP	Thanks for the contest. At first, I didn't know this contest was on, but I only heard one other SSB station calling. I would have enjoyed the CW hour, had I got to my radio earlier. Just used 5W and an 80m end fed half wave. 73, Derek
